business portfolio's ranging from $300.00 to $1 Million.

Within an established GSA brand identity, provided account management
services, media; advertising, promotional, and marketing outreach
materials to support the newly reorganized GSA's FAS
Implemented $3.4M in government print and online advertising, including
the    Pacific Rim,national and international DOD target audiences
Developed new brand messaging, and podcasting technology for GSA Global
Supply, and for JDG as a new MarCom Service

2005    Dewberry, LLC.    Baltimore, MD
DHS/FEMA Contracted Hurricane Recovery Project Manager in MI & LA

Provided federal oversight of debris operations in Southwestern LA
Parishes (Calcasieu, Cameron, Iberia,Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, and
Vermilion) across 35 debris sites, and acted as a liaison between city
governments executives working closely with state and local emergency
managers, law enforcement personnel, firefighters and other first
responders. For example, by December, I had contributed to supporting
217,855 cubic yards of debris management removal from Cameron Parish,
or 43.6 percent of the 500,000 CY of debris estimated in the parish by
FEMA, the State of Louisiana and the USACE.

Duties included community outreach and oversight of City Public
Assistance applicants, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), disaster
recovery sub-contractors, and debris monitoring, research and reporting
of fraudulent or ineligible debris recovery
Implemented disaster recovery documentation processes at MI JFO
operations center as part of the Federal Multi-agency Coordination
System in speeding the tracking and reporting processes to ensure that
JFO staff members shared information across incident reports and
associated resource allocation. Thereby providing enhanced strategic
coordination of numerous incident management activities from
pre-disaster, disaster declaration to GSA funding of services.

Senior Account Executive: Internet & Communication Outreach Manager

Manager for a Hispanic woman owned public relations, advertising, and
social marketing agency. Managed  
FDA Marketing and communications health contract.
Worked in collaboration with the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and
Human Service agencies, and FDA to educate and disseminate science-based
information on the
latest guidance regarding menopause hormone therapies  and worked
closely with women's health organizations, community-based
organizations, and other experts to get the information out to
women and health-care providers to provide women's health information
as a social education campaign.

Managed four media pitch staff, implemented English and Spanish radio
and press and advertising resulting in $206,616 earned media, 30,653
minutes of broadcast time, and  a 45-minute television interview for a
Hispanic FDA spokesperson on La Buena TV, CA.

(KWRN, Los Angeles) and La Poderosa (WWFE,Miami), Created a menopause
FDA partners website providing state level community education
outreach tools online to 43 FDA public affairs specialists, state
women health coordinators, and 88 FDA community partners which received
18,000 unique hits in three months.

Created eleven national e-mail campaigns resulting in as much as a 69%
open rate, Created two national Yahoo.com banner advertising campaigns:
one campaign targeted 6.4 Million women 40-59 years old and one
campaign targeted Hispanic youth 18-20 years old.

Co-wrote eight awarded proposals *EPA, DOE, 2005 Solar Decathlon, NIA,
University of Puerto Rico, American Chemical Association, and Columbia
